A deep clean is required for every new client’s first visit. Routine service begins after that first clean.

Full bath: includes a tub or shower. Half bath: toilet and sink, with no tub or shower. Count each bathroom once. Half baths allow less cleaning time; a minimum cleaning charge still applies to small homes.

Deep and moving cleans are one-time visits. No separate first-clean charge is added.

Oven, empty refrigerator, and empty kitchen cabinets are included in the moving package below.

Per standard, safely reachable window: inside glass only. Screens, tracks, storm windows, and oversized glass need a separate quote.

Baseboards, reachable trim, cabinet fronts, and detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning are part of the deep clean. Appliance and cabinet interiors are separate unless listed as included.

Let us know who shares your home. Normal pet hair is included; extra charges reflect additional cleanup time.

Everyday vacuuming is included, whether you have cats, dogs, or other pets.

Pet waste, urine treatment, and odor removal are outside this estimate. Tell us about any special cleanup needs in your request.

Only count the area we will clean. Over 5,000 sq ft needs a walkthrough quote.

Count rooms included in the floor area above. Restrooms allow up to two toilets or urinals each; larger facilities need the custom-scope option below.

Monthly invoices list completed visits. Your bill depends on the actual visits that month; the monthly budget shown is an ongoing average. Billing preference does not change the cleaning price.

For example: multi-stall restrooms, floor stripping / waxing, carpet extraction, post-construction cleanup, or specialized sanitation. We’ll review the scope before quoting.

Routine service covers agreed surface dusting and wiping, trash removal, vacuuming / mopping, restrooms, and breakroom surfaces. The first deep clean allows extra detail time. You supply paper products, soap, and other consumables.

Appliance interiors, food-service kitchens, floor restoration, and specialty work need a separate scope. Tell us about access, after-hours needs, animals on site, and priorities when you request your quote.
